Solei maintains pages and accounts with a number of social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our community guidelines before posting content to any of our accounts.

These pages and accounts are hosted by third parties, and your interaction with us on these platforms is governed by the terms and conditions for each service, as well as our own guidelines, as set out below.

While Solei maintains its own pages and accounts, individual users are responsible for any and all content they post. Solei is not responsible for the accuracy of opinions, information, advice or comments that are not specifically posted by the company.

Please note that posts and other interactions with account on social media platforms are public, and that any posts or communications that you make with our accounts or pages should take this into account. Solei cannot protect information that is publicly posted, including personal information, so please think before you post.

Solei monitors its social media pages and accounts periodically to ensure that discussions remain clean, educational and positive for all. Solei reserves the right to restrict, remove, or block any content and/or user that it deems to be in violation of any of the following:

Using profane language or content;

Attacking of an individual or group;

Distributing any third-party rights, including trademarks or copyrights;

Using defamatory, offensive or vulgar language, or violence of any kind;

Fostering or promoting of content that discriminates on the basis of race, ethnicity, age, religion, gender, sexual orientation or any other form of discrimination;

Promoting links that showcase sexual content of any kind;

Encouraging illegal, harmful or offensive activity;

Dispersing confidential or proprietary business information;

Abusing any of Solei’s Privacy or General Privacy policies;

Impersonating a customer, client, partner or employee of Solei;

Posting advertisements, commercial solicitations, spam, or malicious software, or posting/forwarding any links to same;

Posting false, misleading or deceptive content related to, or including, Solei’s name, or posting/forwarding any links to same;

Disrespecting the privacy of others, including posting photos or videos of other people without their permission;

Solei reserves the right to ban anyone who repeatedly posts material that does not adhere to the above guidelines from participating on any of its social media pages or accounts. Any comments or content deemed inappropriate will be removed as soon as possible.

By posting or sharing any material to one or more of our accounts or pages, you grant Solei a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sub-license) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed).
