Hazelnut Bundt Cake with Nutella Whipped Cream

Cannabis-Infused Oil

  • 7 grams of ground Solei cannabis
  • 500ml of your preferred cooking oil
  1. In a medium saucepan, heat the oil over low heat until thoroughly warmed
  2. Add the cannabis and let it continue to cook over low heat for 3 hours while stirring occasionally
  3. Line a fine mesh strainer with cheesecloth and place it over a large, heat-safe boil
  4. Carefully pour the oil through the cheesecloth, allowing any excess oil to strain through
  5. Allow the oil to cool completely and transfer to an airtight container

Hazelnut Bundt Cake

  • ½ cup cannabis-infused oil
  • Baking spray
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 16 oz container of sour cream
  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup chopped hazelnuts toasted and ground
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Nutella Whipped Cream

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Nutella

Hazelnut Bundt Cake

  • Heat oven to 350° F
  • Spray Bundt pan with cooking spray
  • In a large bowl combine granulated sugar with the oil and beat at medium speed until well blended (2-3 minutes). Add eggs individually, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla and sour cream and beat until well blended.
  • Combine the flour, ground nuts, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add flour mixture to sugar mixture, stirring until combined.
  • Spoon the batter into pan. Bake at 350° F for 55 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean
  • Let cool in pan on a wire rack for 15 minutes, then remove the cake from the pan and let cool completely

Nutella Whipped Cream

  • Place the heavy cream in mixer bowl, add the sugar and beat
  • With the mixer on low, add the Nutella and mix slowly to swirl through the whipped cream
  • Top a slice of Hazelnut Bundt Cake with the whipped cream.

Note: This recipe can be made without cannabis by substituting uninfused oil. Alternatively, you can use Solei activated oil once the recipe is completed in order to infuse it with cannabis.
