Cannabis-Infused Oil

Ingredients
  • 7 grams of ground Solei cannabis
  • 500ml of your preferred cooking oil
Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, heat the oil over low heat until thoroughly warmed
  2. Add the cannabis and let it continue to cook over low heat for 3 hours while stirring occasionally
  3. Line a fine mesh strainer with cheesecloth and place it over a large, heat-safe boil
  4. Carefully pour the oil through the cheesecloth, allowing any excess oil to strain through
  5. Allow the oil to cool completely and transfer to an airtight container

Vegetable Tart

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons cannabis-infused oil
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 9-inch pie crust
  • ½ cup chopped green onion
  • ½ 2 cup chopped roasted red peppers
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
  • Heat oven to 340° F
  • Dust your work surface with flour and gently roll out the piecrust
  • Brush the crust with the cannabis-infused oil
  • Top with vegetables, followed by cheese
  • Bake until light golden brown and the cheese is melted (about 10-12 minutes)

Note: This recipe can be made without cannabis by substituting uninfused oil. Alternatively, you can use Solei activated oil once the recipe is completed in order to infuse it with cannabis.
