Berry Power Balls
Meal prep just got a whole lot cooler with these berry beauties — Berry Power Balls. These oat-and-coconut power bites are made with Solei Gather infused coconut oil and gleam with fresh berry flavour. Once they’re ready for their glamour shot, gather around and indulge in their irresistible fruity flavours.

Makes: 16 power balls (each power ball = ~5 mg THC)
1/2 cup (125 mL) quick rolled oats
1/2 cup (125 mL) coconut flour
1 cup (250 mL) unsweetened shredded coconut flakes, divided
1/3 cup (75 mL) fresh raspberries
1/3 cup (75 mL) fresh blueberries
1/3 cup (75 mL) sliced fresh strawberries
1/3 cup (75 mL) maple syrup
1/4 cup (60 mL) Solei Gather infused coconut oil, melted
In food processor, mix together oats, coconut flour, 1/3 cup (75 mL) of the coconut flakes, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, maple syrup and Solei Gather infused coconut oil until blended.
Using 2 tbsp (30 mL) oats mixture per ball, shape into 16 balls; roll in remaining coconut flakes to coat.
Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Alternatively, roll power balls in finely chopped nuts instead of coconut flakes or dip into melted chocolate.
- Add 1/4 cup (60 mL) dried cranberries if desired.

In place of infused oil, you can spray on or add drops of Solei Activated Oil once the recipe is completed in order to infuse it with cannabis.
This recipe can be made without cannabis by substituting uninfused oil. Alternatively, you can use Solei Activated Oil once the recipe is completed in order to infuse it with cannabis.
